Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client posts, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in collaboration with management.
• Prepares and submits various reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
