Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites. The role includes assigning duties, coaching, and ensuring post orders and reports are completed accurately.

The employee may also perform Security Officer duties as required. Responsibilities include training staff, managing coverage, and liaising with clients to uphold security standards and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship preferred.
• Active Interim Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Background checks and licensing requirements may apply.
• Experience supervising security personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites.
• Assign work, coach, and document disciplinary actions.
• Train officers on post orders and site procedures.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all posts and maintain reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
• Participate in payroll/submission of personnel information.
• Direct and discipline staff in accordance with policies.
