Qualifications

• Security Guard credentialed from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance within 6 months of hire or transfer date
• Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles prior to hire or transfer date
• BLS Provider preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead Proactive Safety Missions: Take command of the environment by identifying potential threats and executing immediate response plans to maintain a secure and healing atmosphere for all staff and visitors.
• Master High-Stakes Incident Management: Drive organizational safety by investigating security hazards and documenting every detail to ensure accurate high-quality records for future risk mitigation.
• Champion Emergency Readiness Plans: Act as a vital technical lead by mastering all alarm systems and emergency protocols to ensure the team is prepared for any disaster or security simulation.
• Ensure Public Safety and Assistance: Protect the well-being of the community by providing clear guidance and a reassuring professional presence to help visitors navigate the facility safely during stressful times.
