Job summary

M1 Global in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security personnel, coordinate with client facility management, and ensure safety and compliance. You will train staff on emergency procedures, fire safety, incident reporting, and maintain security equipment and vehicles.

A high school diploma and TN state security license are required, plus prior supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing security staff.
• Background in security or safety operations.
• Experience in security industry, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and safety standards.
• Pre-employment screenings and licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency procedures and fire safety.
• Oversee injury and incident reporting processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage security equipment and patrol vehicles and ensure maintenance.
• Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols for coordination.
