Qualifications

• Must complete field training and Vanderbilt training within 30 days
• Must possess valid driver’s license and driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shift and supervise safety and security staff
• Train and evaluate staff; manage performance and counseling
• Maintain shift schedules and timesheets; act as backup as needed
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with policy and regulations
• Provide reports to management and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate security for events and respond to calls for service
