Allied Universal is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning. You will hire and place security professionals, manage schedules, and drive overtime control while developing employees for success.

The role emphasizes leadership, team building, and client satisfaction. You will oversee payroll processes, performance improvements, and employee relations to maintain top service levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Proficiency in web-based applications including Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement of security professionals and supervisors; develop career plans; replace low performers.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure coverage and staffing per contract.
• Process weekly payroll; resolve discrepancies; ensure compliance with timekeeping procedures.
• Conduct disciplinary actions; maintain morale; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
