Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Lead Supervisor in Saint Charles, MO to lead staffing and scheduling for security professionals, drive workforce planning, and coach teams for performance and growth. This full-time leadership role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operation across shifts.

The ideal candidate will manage selection, placement, payroll, and employee relations while building a high-performing team and maintaining cost control.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment
• Experience building and developing teams with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning effectively
• Proficiency with timekeeping, payroll processes, and applicatoin of company policies
• Strong financial awareness and ability to interpret basic financial data

Responsibilities

• Lead selection and placement of security professionals and first-line supervisors; develop career plans and performance improvement strategies
• Create and manage post schedules to ensure coverage and control overtime
• Oversee weekly payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy; resolve discrepancies
• Conduct disciplinary actions and employee relations activities to maintain high morale and retention
