Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, protect people and property, and guide a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver outstanding service.

You will schedule staff, develop client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met while maintaining safety and compliance. This role offers opportunities to grow within a global leader in security services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory.
