Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a proactive Account Manager in Raleigh to lead daily security operations and drive exceptional service for our clients. You will guide security officers and supervisors, manage scheduling using AI-powered tools, and foster strong client relationships to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business use.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing levels and control costs related to inventory and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and supervising security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory and supplies.
