Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to align with client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, including training, safety, and site standards, and inventory management.
