Responsibilities

• Identifies potential sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, agencies, community organizations, and schools.
• Develops relationships to increase applicant flow through on-site visits with sources.
• Determines effective media campaigns (advertising, posters, flyers) under guidance.
• Conducts initial interviews before referrals to Branch offices for further screening.
• Participates in applicant screening and refers candidates for follow-up interviews.
• Reviews applications and evaluates work history, education, and qualifications of applicants.
• Informs applicants about duties, compensation, schedules, policies, and promotional opportunities.
