Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Security Officer Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for security positions. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, campus recruitment, and social media channels to build a strong security team aligned with organizational needs.

You will conduct full-cycle recruiting, screen resumes, interview candidates, and guide onboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR laws. Excellent communication and relationship-building are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience in security or technical recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment and external/internal sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified security officer candidates through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills in areas such as negotiation, communication skills, and compliance with HR legal standards.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes for new hires.
• Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law related to talent acquisition to ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with legal requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call potential candidates and effectively market employment opportunities across social media platforms.
