As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document security-related incidents, observations, and patrol activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and public emergency services when directed.
• Help maintain a professional presence throughout the property to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
