• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and parking areas to identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site policies with professional communication.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow established procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents with timely reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, maintaining professional communication with personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and communicating observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations through clear, timely reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
