Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol Mobility in Woodbridge, VA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site, with a schedule that supports daytime to overnight shifts.

Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and background/drug screening as required. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a helpful presence in the community.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and property concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
