Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per laws.
• Drug screen conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report irregularities to site personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents and complete reports per Allied Universal guidelines.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a corporate technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and complete required reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
