Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors at a residential front desk.

• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Monitor security systems, cameras, and access controls; report issues to site management.
• Maintain accurate records and shift activity logs per policies.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a residential front desk.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor credentials as required, maintain guest logs, and communicate entry procedures in a professional manner.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Monitor security-related systems, cameras, access-control equipment, and communication devices; report irregularities, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site management.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, shift activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
