Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Lobby Greeter in Oldwick, NJ to welcome employees, visitors and guests while safeguarding the front desk at a financial institution. You will manage access, monitor lobby activity and provide outstanding customer service, contributing to a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general site information, and direct guests to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or incidents, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
