Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen individuals entering the facility, verify identification and visitor access as required, and provide directions or general information.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required records while coordinating with facility personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Pay Rate: $16 - $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
