Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location in Spring Valley, NY. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide top-notch customer service while maintaining safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, direct visitors to appropriate contacts or locations, and report unusual activity or access concerns to designated personnel.
• Answer and route telephone calls, receive deliveries, and maintain professional communication with site personnel and the public.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate personnel.

• Mon 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You\'ll Do:
