Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility by following established entry procedures, communicating access concerns to appropriate site contacts, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Answer incoming calls, manage basic administrative communications, and coordinate with site personnel regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
