Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access control activities, respond to alarm panel notifications, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and document security-related observations and incidents.
• Assist with maintaining orderly operations by communicating professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
