Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide directions or general building information.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, and cameras, and report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, emergency notifications, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide directions or general building information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, and/or cameras, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergency notifications, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
