Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Front Desk Security Officer at a Beverly Hills location. You will greet tenants and visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screening is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, building access points, and security-related systems from the assigned post; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, coordinate with property management and building staff, and provide general assistance to support an orderly lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
