Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part Time Graveyard Patrol Security Officer in LOS ANGELES, CA. The role focuses on front desk security, visitor management, and access control at a commercial real estate location.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour with a graveyard schedule (Thu-Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM). The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for tenants and guests.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building contacts.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with building management, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while providing professional, courteous assistance in a high-traffic lobby environment.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
