Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; driver license for driving positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and rental customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the rental location lobby and service counter area, greet visitors, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor records.
• Observe activity at the front desk and nearby vehicle service areas, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notify appropriate personnel, and complete required reports.
• Support vehicle key-control and lost-property procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
