Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests while following site policies and procedures.
• Perform unarmed patrols of the facility, reporting conditions and concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site policy and visitor management processes.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Complete and communicate patrols and observations to leadership and management.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns through established procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and assist with visitor management and access-control processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
