• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly; document observations and communicate to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify unusual activity and policy violations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and protect sensitive business areas and information.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs per site procedures.

• Mon: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
• Sun: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and support the protection of sensitive business areas, equipment, and information.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
