Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology location by following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and track visitor/contractor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken and notifications.
• Support emergency response activities, maintain logs, and communicate with leadership and client representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required documentation.
• Support emergency response activities, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
