Qualifications

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant observations to incoming personnel and appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
