Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, parking areas, perimeter fencing, loading docks, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
• Support a professional working environment by maintaining visible presence, reporting maintenance or access‑control concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
