Allied Universal is hiring for a full-time security professional in Ohio, offering a $20.50/hour pay rate. The role includes evening shifts (Tue-Thu 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with opportunities for training, growth, and benefits.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents to protect personnel and facilities. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, possess a high school diploma, and pass background checks and drug screening as required by law.

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor records, and reporting access-control concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
