You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and unusual conditions in clear, accurate reports, following applicable policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
