Responsabilités

• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, loading areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; follow emergency response procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
