Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Houma, LA. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors while upholding site policies and emergency procedures.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
