Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law; licensing may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain logs, and communicate access concerns through established channels.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility, including directing deliveries and verifying required documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Driver Credential Verification in Brewton, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, conduct routine patrols, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns through established channels.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility, including directing deliveries and confirming required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
