Competenze

• A guard card or license is preferred.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Validation in Bay Minette, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Through visible presence, clear communication, routine patrols, and exceptional customer service, you will help deter incidents while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $16.76 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials, processing visitor and contractor registrations, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-area access locations, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-related activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
