Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Response in Saint Louis, MO. You will provide customer service while patrolling and monitoring access points at a manufacturing and industrial site.

The role emphasizes responding to incidents, maintaining records, and supporting site safety. This is a full-time, driving-focused position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; contact appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Document observations and patrols through clear reports and inform Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
