Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Saint Louis, MO. You will drive between sites to conduct routine patrols, monitor access, and assist tenants and visitors with security procedures.

This full-time role pays $20.62 per hour and follows a Mon–Fri 1:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to emergency response protocols.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by following site procedures.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeters to identify issues.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entries or suspicious conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other events per established procedures.
• Prepare clear activity reports and handoff communications for leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
