Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Incident Assessment) in Charlotte, NC. You will safeguard clients at financial institutions, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following site procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, documenting activities, monitoring access points, and providing guidance to visitors.

Competenze

• 4+ years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Assessment in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while responding professionally to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $29.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and provide directions or assistance to visitors.
• Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 4+ years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
