Qualifications

• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, exterior, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor/vendor activity to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including the building exterior, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor or vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
