Allied Universal in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol to protect employees and visitors at a financial institution while delivering excellent customer service. This driving role requires routine patrols, access control, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials and authorization, maintain visitor logs, and report access-control concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
