Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors at a technology and media location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access screening requirements.
• Screen persons and authorized items entering designated areas using established procedures, and document or report prohibited, unauthorized, or unusual items and activity.
• Verify identification, visitor credentials, appointments, and access authorization in accordance with site policies while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and the surrounding business perimeter, reporting security-related conditions that may require attention.

As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Support in Chester, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor access points, screen visitors and personnel, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors at a technology and media location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access screening requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
