Allied Universal in Chester, VA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Screening Compliance to protect people and property. You will screen personnel and visitors, monitor access points, and communicate professionally with site stakeholders while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a customer-service mindset. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a schedule with evening shifts.

Competenze

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Screener in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help support a welcoming and secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and communicating professionally with site stakeholders. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
