Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, seeks full-time security professionals for Boise, Idaho locations. The role involves delivering exemplary customer service, performing site-specific security procedures, and conducting regular patrols of facilities during evening shifts.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and document observations to ensure safety and compliance. A valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screening are required where applicable.

Formación

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology, media, and telecommunications facilities, including building interiors, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations through clear and timely reports.

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:
