Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a security professional for a full-time night shift at our manufacturing and industrial site in the Tucson area. You will perform unarmed security duties, including patrols, access control, incident response, and documentation of events to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires customer service, keen observation, and reliable teamwork. A high school diploma and a background check are required; a Guard Card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shifts accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
