Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Morgue Patrol in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. You may support hospital operations in sensitive areas and assist with challenging situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing individuals to appropriate locations, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or appropriate responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly, while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be willing to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be willing to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
