Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Driving license only required for driving positions.

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You\'ll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific policies, providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
