As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Hospital Patrol in Valencia, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Allied Universal is seeking Patrol Officers to support a healthcare location by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and responding to security-related concerns. This driving position requires operating a vehicle in accordance with company policy. Officers provide exceptional customer service and communication while working as part of an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, directions, and escorts as needed while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals as required.
• Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
