Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state.

• Coordinate routine and urgent communications with security staff, facility personnel, vendors, and first responders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and other security-related technology; receive calls for service; and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required documentation while protecting confidential healthcare-related information.
• Coordinate routine and urgent communications with security-related personnel, facility staff, vendors, and first responders to support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
